Associate Director

Our client, a well-known non-profit is seeking an Administrative Director. The role offers work/life balance and an opportunity to work for a vital and enduring organization. Duties Work closely with and provide support for the Executive Director. Serve as a leader to multiple teammates and provide guidance and opportunity. Serve as member of the planning committee and serve as a liaison to the board. Participate in the development and monitoring of annual organizational budgets. Participate with Executive Director on negotiating and maintaining contracts. Provide assistance to accounting and operations as needed.
