Copy Lead – Traffic Operations Center, Newfield, NJ Join our Traffic Operations Center in Newfield, NJ as a Copy Lead. The role is mid‑level and required to influence all on‑air elements with daily interaction across Sales, Programming, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Engineering departments. Responsibilities Back up the Manager and supervise the team. Apply multiple copy instructions each day. Ensure completion of daily responsibilities within assigned deadlines. Coordinate and work with sales teams and other departments across the organization. Cross‑train within the team. Provide third‑level backup when the team is short‑staffed. Assist in training co‑workers on property‑specific responsibilities. Work evenings, weekends, and overtime when required. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Demonstrated excellence in a Sr. Coordinator role. High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2+ years of work experience in a professional environment. Accurate deciphering and implementation of written instructions. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and professional attitude. Exceptional customer service skills. Problem‑solving ability and willingness to seek solutions to challenging issues. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Capacity to work under pressure and within deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel. Work periods may include day, night, weekend, and holiday rotations—including natural disasters or inclement weather. Remote work capability with reliable internet access: download speeds of at least 50 Mbps and upload speeds of at least 10 Mbps. Compensation Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 + Benefits.
