Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive therapeutic rapport with clients to create a safe and effective counseling environment.

• Diagnose mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to foster personal growth.

• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the highest standard of care through ongoing evaluation.

• Provide clients with appropriate referrals to specialists or additional services when higher levels of care are required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population consisting of individuals and families grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your ability to empathize and connect with clients from different backgrounds will be integral in fostering positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Proven experience in providing individual therapy and/or group therapy sessions.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle administrative tasks and maintain optimal client care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
