Description NewsBreak is hiring an intern for the Human Resources track of our General Management Rotation Program (MRP). The goal of our MRP is to attract experienced (minimum 3 years business experience), high potential MBA upcoming graduates and develop them into future HR leaders within NewsBreak. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to core HR functions and executive mentorship, building the depth needed to accelerate individual development and prepare candidates for key HR roles upon program graduation. Facts About NewsBreak's HR Internship It is a customized experience matching the needs of the individual intern with the business and needs of NewsBreak's HR team The internship provides exposure to multiple HR functions over its duration All interns are assigned a Sr. HR Executive Sponsor, as well as rotation leaders and mentors Minimum of 2 impactful assignments aligned with a key HR objective & personal development plan that drive business results Gain professional experience through challenging assignments, exposure across HR functions, and visibility to senior leadership May include exposure to various US operations/locations Potential Functional Exposure Human Resources: Total Rewards → Human Resources Business Partner → Talent Acquisition → Employee Relations/HR Compliance You Might Thrive in This Role If You Have Prior business experience (e.g., investment banking, strategic consulting, HR consulting) Currently pursuing an MBA degree at a top-tier program (Graduating in 2026 or 2027) Excellent business sense, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Deep interest in analyzing data with the ability to distill trends and provide principled recommendations Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with strong executive presence and the ability to present thoughtful input to decision-making Passion for innovative technologies and artificial intelligence, with a strong pulse on key HR trends, themes, and players Hourly Pay: $35 - $55/hour The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training. At NewsBreak, we design our overall rewards package to attract top talents. Depending on the position, the role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and options.
