Finance & Insurance Manager

Beyer Subaru is seeking a driven, customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and sell finance and insurance products in compliance with all regulations
Secure competitive financing through a network of lenders
Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and lender guidelines
Maintain strong lender relationships
Maximize profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications:

Proven F&I experience in an automotive dealership
Strong knowledge of automotive financing, compliance, and aftermarket products
Track record of achieving performance metrics
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
High ethical standards and attention to detail
Team player who works well with others
