You’ll get to: Establish aggressive but accurate sales targets & forecasts that meet and exceed divisions expectationsDevise full year strategic plans toachieve top line sales targets –minimally growing the business double digits over prior year – while meeting established P&L goals for the local market and remaining within assigned T&E and TF budgetsFoster and advance key account relationships including ownership, management, marketing, and salesDevelop a highly engaged team of direct reports to meettheir potential and embrace the goals and objectives of the division through a regular frequency of mentoring and training Understand and effectively leverage critical business systems including BW, Tool Commerce, SalesForce.com, dashboards, opportunities, WIGs etc.The Person:You always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? Total target cash compensation offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements. This role is eligible for a sales incentive plan or commission. Therefore, the total target cash compensation range is inclusive of base salary and target variable cash compensation.
