Outpatient Psychiatry Opportunity in Palm Beach, Florida

Outpatient Psychiatrist to join a well‑established program at the Marcus Neuroscience Institute, part of Baptist Health Brain & Spine Care. The physician will report to the Medical Director and join a large, well‑supported team of 31 interdisciplinary physicians and 20 advanced practice providers caring for patients at seven locations across Broward and Palm Beach counties. Full‑time opportunity. Requirements include an MD/DO from an accredited institution, an active and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date), and satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing. Must be Board‑eligible/Board‑certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). Responsibilities: evaluate patients for psychiatric symptoms and diagnosis; provide pharmacological management; consult with medical teams and caregivers to integrate psychiatric insights into overall treatment plans; offer short‑term therapy and crisis intervention for patients with acute psychiatric symptoms. Opportunity involves both hospital and clinic settings, requires on‑call coverage for clinic patients, and one weekend per month of hospital rounds.
