MedTech - Healthcare Collections Associate - Flex Support - Albuquerque, NM
$25 - $27 per hourIQVIA
IQVIA seeks a Healthcare Collections Associate to collect reprocessed medical equipment from hospitals in the Albuquerque area. The role involves visiting assigned facilities, packaging products for shipment, and documenting collections with a flexible Monday-Friday schedule and local travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned hospitals to collect medical equipment for reprocessing
- Package and ship collected products to manufacturing facility
- Record and log daily collection totals and activity
- Communicate shipping supply needs to local sales team
- Travel locally up to 2–3 hours as needed to support customer operations
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with basic software and Microsoft operating systems
- Ability to lift 30–50 pounds regularly
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Hospital credentialing clearance, including current immunizations
- Comfortable working independently in healthcare facility settings
Compensation: $25–$27 per hour
