Required Skills & Experience: Prior customer service experience, ideally within the telecom industry. Understanding of Unified Communications and VoIP technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Familiarity with Momentum or Alianza voice services. 4 or more years total telecom industry experience.
Job Description: Insight Global is hiring a VoIP specialist for a full-time role with one of our telecom clients. This position will provide top-notch virtual and on-site customer service to customers. You'll work directly with customers before, during and after their installation, promptly assisting them with the initial setup and configuration of their new voice solution.
