We have a wide range of experience in construction techniques and delivery methods, and have built facilities for clients in advanced technology, healthcare, scholastic, commercial and industrial markets.Command the BuildAs Travelling Superintendent - Northeast, you’ll take senior-level ownership of fast-moving, ground-up commercial projects across the region—driving outcomes that protect schedule, quality, and safety when it matters most. This role exists to keep field execution sharp, teams aligned, and clients confident from mobilization through closeout.Key responsibilities include:- Lead onsite operations and coordinate subcontractors/trades to hit critical milestones- Maintain rigorous safety execution and compliance on every site- Communicate field progress, constraints, and solutions with the project team to keep momentumRequired qualifications:- 5–10 years of ground-up commercial construction superintendent experience- OSHA 30- Willingness to travel throughout NJ, NY, PA, MA, CT, ME and beyond for short and extended assignmentsIf you’re ready to lead and shape high-stakes builds with strategic impact, apply now.Momentum on SiteYour morning starts where the action is: boots on the ground, scanning the site, and setting pace for the day’s work.
