Summary Sales Associate on the Women's Ready-to-Wear team providing exceptional client service and driving sales performance. Engage customers on the sales floor, offer styling guidance, and maintain the presentation of merchandise. Support store operations and collaborate with team members to deliver a premium shopping experience. Responsibilities Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to customers on the sales floor. Meet and exceed individual sales and upsell targets through clienteling and product knowledge. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and accurately ticketed. Process transactions, handle returns, and support daily floor operations and inventory activities. Build and maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, and encourage repeat business. Requirements 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
