Business Analyst:in Finance Reporting & Outbound Stellenbeschreibung Business Analyst:in Finance Reporting & Outbound Deine Aufgaben Fachliche Weiterentwicklung des versicherungstechnischen Nebenbuchs Anforderungsanalyse, Lösungsberatung und Weiterentwicklung der Buchungslogik und dazugehöriger Prozesse Fachliche Weiterentwicklung der ausgehenden Schnittstellen der Versicherungstechnik Koordination und Kommunikation zwischen Fachabteilungen und IT Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit der versicherungsfachlichen IT während Monats‑, Quartals‑ und Jahresabschlüssen – inklusive zeitnaher, lösungsorientierter Unterstützung der Fachbereiche in allen fachlichen und technischen Fragestellungen Intensive Abstimmung mit den Developern im Team hinsichtlich technischer Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen Übergreifende Abstimmung mit dem Bereich Finance IT und am Abschlussprozess beteiligten Abteilungen Dein Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Accounting/Finance Fähigkeit zum analytischen Arbeiten und sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, SAFe) sowie hohe IT-Affinität Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungen nach HGB, IFRS und Solvency II Basiskenntnisse in Datenbanken wünschenswert Kenntnisse im Bereich Erstversicherung- und/oder Rückversicherung wünschenswert Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau) Flexible Arbeitszeiten Gleitzeitregelungen und flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle ermöglichen eine perfekte Work-Life-Balance – ganz wie es zu Dir passt.
