Senior ServiceNow Developer

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team supporting a government client. You will have the chance to apply your extensive platform knowledge and development skills while working with a highly productive team delivering innovative technical solutions to address mission requirements and operational challenges for our clients. The successful applicant should be able to apply and share their knowledge with motivated and entrepreneurial teammates, while engaging a variety of stakeholders to develop solutions and deliver results to our clients. Job Responsibilities Design and implement solutions for new application improvements. Coordinate integration of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and user interfaces. Provide ongoing support and peer reviews throughout sprints. Lead investigations into production issues and complete technical tickets. Remediate O&M defects and develop solutions for new requirements. Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications. Required Qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required. Associate degree or Equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform. Proficiencyin JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX. ExperienceleveragingITSMandNowCreatetoolsets to develop custom‑scoped applications. Experience working in Agile developmentenvironments, andstrongknowledge ofAgilemethodologyand concepts. Understanding ofdatabase concepts, including SQL. ActiveServiceNow Certified System Administrator(CSA)credential. Desired Qualifications Candidates withcurrentorpriorPublic Trust Suitability Determinationatafederal agencypreferred Strong communicationand leadershipskills. Knowledge andpriorexperienceusingUI Pathautomation tools.
