About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff and Foundation President. This role is pivotal in providing strategic support to the Chief of Staff and the Foundation Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Chief of Staff's calendar, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will serve as a liaison to external stakeholders, manage confidential communications, and support the execution of various administrative and operational projects. The role also involves serving as the Foundation Board's primary administrative liaison, coordinating board meetings, and maintaining professional and effective communication with board members. Applicants for the Executive Assistant position at the company should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a degree in nonprofit management or business administration. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and the ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively. Experience with virtual meeting platforms, database and CRM systems, and fundraising event support is a plus. The role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
