About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to provide strategic leadership for all human resources activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the company's people strategy with business objectives, leading enterprise change initiatives, and overseeing talent acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a trusted advisor to the executive team, with a focus on building and sustaining a high-performance, inclusive culture. The Chief People Officer will also be involved in executive and leadership development, performance management, and succession planning, and will ensure that HR programs are scalable, cost-effective, and compliant with employment laws and regulations. Applicants for the Chief People Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years' HR experience, including executive-level leadership. The role demands a background in high-growth or private equity-backed environments, experience with M&A HR integration, and a proven track record in scaling HR functions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leadership development, performance management, and change management, as well as extensive knowledge of employment law and HR governance. Strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to design and execute scalable HR strategies are essential. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, senior-level HR certification, and experience in a tech-enabled healthcare or SaaS environment.
