Job Description

Local Criminal Defense Firm seeks Paralegal/Legal Assistant to become part of our team!

Responsibilities:

* Review discovery and conduct research to support legal proceedings

* Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents and recordings

* Communicate with clients

* Record and store client information

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree/Paralegal Certification

* Previous experience in criminal law with a knowledge of criminal case procedure and legal terms specific to criminal matters

Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred

Valid California Driver License and reliable transportation required
