Are you a detail-oriented leader who is passionate about cleanliness and team development? We’re looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in a newly renovated, vibrant environment! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. Supervise and support the daily operations of the housekeeping department Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff to consistently meet hotel standards Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linens Collaborate with the Front Desk and Engineering teams to ensure timely responses to guest requests and maintenance issues Create daily and weekly work schedules to ensure proper coverage Monitor labor and supply costs while maintaining department efficiency Address and resolve guest concerns in a prompt and professional manner If you are a hands‑on leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for maintaining a welcoming, clean, and comfortable guest environment, we’d love to meet you! Requirements Prior supervisory experience in housekeeping within a hotel or similar environment required must be Bilingual in Espanol Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and inventory control High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or certifications a plus Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates CPR and first aid training preferred EOE – All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. #J-18808-Ljbffr StepStone Hospitality
