Join the Dash In Team as a Guest Experience Team Member in New Castle, DE! What You’ll Do: Deliver outstanding service to guests, manage transactions, maintain a welcoming store environment, support the team across roles, and handle cash responsibly. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In. Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible. Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas. Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience. Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording. What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our company‑paid GED program). 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred). Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends. Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of a background check and drug screening. Ideal Candidates Will Also Have: Active ServSafe certification or a similar qualification. Tech‑savviness, including familiarity with POS software.
