Sales Office Administrator / CRM Coordinator

LA Decks is looking for a highly organized Sales Office Administrator / CRM Coordinator to support our sales team, manage incoming calls and leads, update our CRM, follow up with customers, and help keep the office and sales process running smoothly. This is not only a basic office admin role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers, handling incoming calls, following up with leads, using a CRM every day, and helping move sales opportunities forward. LA Decks is a premium outdoor construction company based in Gardena, serving Los Angeles, Orange County, and surrounding areas. We specialize in decks, siding, fencing, cladding, outdoor structures, waterproofing, refinishing, and exterior remodeling projects. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, emails, texts, website forms, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Speak with new leads, collect project information, and help determine the next step. Enter and update all leads, customers, notes, appointments, and follow-ups in the company CRM. Make sure no lead falls through the cracks. Schedule appointments, showroom visits, sales calls, and follow-up tasks. Support the sales team with lead tracking, customer communication, reminders, and pipeline organization. Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email. Help organize sales opportunities, proposals, customer records, and project information. Communicate with homeowners, contractors, vendors, salespeople, managers, and office staff. Use company systems including CRM, phone system, email, calendar, spreadsheets, and other tech tools. Learn new software and company tools as needed. Support daily office operations and general administrative tasks. Qualifications CRM experience is required. Experience handling incoming calls and customer inquiries is required. Sales support, inside sales, customer service, or office management experience is strongly preferred. Must be comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and email. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up consistently. Must be comfortable using technology and learning new software tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple leads, tasks, and follow-ups at the same time. Experience in construction, remodeling, home improvement, real estate, or a service-based business is a plus. Experience with GoHighLevel, JobTread, CallRail, Google Workspace, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required. Compensation $27-30 per hour, depending on experience. Sales bonus opportunities available. Paid time off. Full-time position. Schedule Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. Full-time.
