ISN Corp. is seeking an experienced National Loan Origination Sales Manager to support a federal agency’s Residential Loan Servicing Program. The National Loan Origination Sales Manager will provide leadership and oversight for a nationwide loan origination sales function, with responsibility for driving production, monitoring performance, strengthening market relationships, and supporting consistent and compliant lending operations.

The position will lead and develop a geographically distributed sales team while establishing performance objectives, monitoring production metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve market penetration and operational efficiency. The manager will collaborate closely with underwriting, operations, compliance, and other program functions to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and oversee a nationwide residential loan origination sales team.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and production plans.
• Establish and monitor production goals and performance metrics.
• Analyze application-to-closing ratios, turn times, production volume, and other key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to expand market penetration and strengthen professional relationships.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, compliance, and other departments.
• Provide forecasting, performance reporting, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales personnel.
• Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure sales activities remain consistent with applicable regulatory and organizational requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of supervisory loan sales or mortgage origination experience .
• Demonstrated success increasing loan production and market penetration across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of residential mortgage origination and sales operations.
• Experience managing nationwide or geographically distributed sales teams.
• Strong understanding of application-to-closing ratios, production metrics, and turn times.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
