Description Loan Servicing Process Loan Transactions, including advances, fee refunds, and payment reversals, etc. Process Loan Payoffs and Prepare Collateral Releases Review, Track and Clear Loan Exceptions Record DOT / Title Policies / Vehicle Titles and monitor post‑closing collateral exceptions for documents (DOT, title policies, and vehicle titles) to ensure finals are on accurate and imaged. Track Flood Insurance and Collateral Insurance policies File UCC Continuations Review and perform needed maintenance from internal reports; including pre‑authorization report, negative interest balance, closed loans with escrow, closed loan with zero balance, and closed loans. Prepare and approve loan operations wires Complete USDA and NC Cap Reports Process Modifications, Renewals, and Deferrals Upload loan activity reports into Compliance software Loan File Administration Image Loan Documentation Customer Service Respond to Internal and External Client Inquiries - Communicating Effectively, Researching Requests, Recommending Solutions & Ensuring Resolution Compliance Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti‑Money Laundering federal regulations and guidelines, internal bank policies, and complete annual training requirements. Requirements Minimum education level of HS diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in loan operations at a bank or financial institution.
