Learn more at and on and .We are seeking a motivated Contracts Negotiator to join our Government Contracts team. This role will support contract lifecycle activities for U.S. Government defense programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and performance.Roles and Responsibilities* Interface with government and prime customers on routine contractual matters.* Review and analyze RFPs/RFQs for compliance and risk; prepare proposal documentation and pricing support.* Negotiate contract terms and conditions under supervision, including delivery schedules.* Support Cost or Pricing Data (Truthful Cost or Pricing Data statute; formerly TINA) requirements, sweeps, and certifications; coordinate fact‑finding and DCAA/DCMA interactions.* Review contract modifications and maintain accurate records.* Assist with contract closeout and reporting requirements.* Guide internal stakeholders on contractual interpretation, risk posture, and change management.Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field* 3+ years of government contracting experience, specifically Department of Defense (Department of War)* Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and TINA/CCOPD* Must be a U.S. Citizen* Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance#LI-PG1*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
