Hiring Aerospace Electronics Assembler in Redmond, WA!

Shift: Day & Mid shift

Pay: $23-$29/hour (Based on Experience & Shift)

What You'll Do

• Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring harnesses following engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions

• Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering in accordance with IPC standards

• Inspect and verify completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and functional requirements

• Conduct basic electrical testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment

• Maintain accurate assembly records, production documentation, and test results

• Follow established quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures

What We're Looking For

• Strong electromechanical or electronics assembly experience

• Ability to use common hand tools and precision measuring equipment

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and component schematics

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to read, write, and understand English

Preferred Skills

• Aerospace manufacturing experience

• Soldering experience with through-hole and surface-mount components

• Experience performing electrical testing and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with IPC standards

• Experience working with wiring harnesses and circuit board assemblies

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.90/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
