Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with different teams, and ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities Assist with the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events. Support event setup, execution, and post-event activities. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments. Prepare event materials and maintain event schedules. Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients. Help resolve event-related issues in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate records and documentation for events. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
