Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for an Entry Level Manager to fill a position at our BURTON Store located at 4095 E Court St (across from Courtland Center Mall) in Burton, MI. $17.00 an hour plus 20% discount on in-store purchases. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in training, motivating, and communicating with store staff Promote professional and personalized donor and customer relations Organize and maintain sales floor and displays Assist with meeting and exceeding budgeted sales and margin goals Delegate essential tasks Lead by example to assure compliance with policies and procedures Think You've Got What It Takes? High school diploma or GED required. Valid Michigan driver's license required. 1 year of general retail experience required. Ability to work full time; all shift availability and extra shifts as necessary. Ability to use cash register and follow Goodwill policy and procedures. Can you demonstrate strong management skills? Can you lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help? Can you reach, bend or stoop? Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day? Can you problem solve quickly and efficiently?
