RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We're seeking for a detail-oriented Customer Order & Fulfillment Coordinator to support order processing, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations in The Woodlands TX 77380 with $25/hr pay for a 6 months contract (with possibility of extension). This role is critical to ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time while supporting procurement, logistics, and operations teams. APPLY NOW!

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Process customer orders from entry through fulfillment
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, pickups, and deliveries
• Track orders and resolve shipment delays or discrepancies
• Support procurement and buying teams with order-related requests
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and Excel
• Identify and support process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, supply chain, or operations support
• Experience coordinating shipments and scheduling pickups
• Understanding of order-to-cash or procure-to-pay processes
• Experience handling high-volume transactional work with accuracy
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
