Accountabilities:

The Senior Product Manager will serve as the dedicated product owner for the exchange platform, driving strategy, execution, and continuous improvement. This role requires balancing technical complexity, business priorities, and user needs while ensuring the platform remains reliable, scalable, and ready for future growth.

• Own the exchange platform roadmap, defining priorities and ensuring alignment with business objectives across B2B and B2C markets.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for product direction, determining what features and improvements should be delivered and when.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Translate business goals into clear technical requirements and prioritize engineering initiatives to maximize impact.
• Lead backlog prioritization for large engineering teams, making strategic trade-offs and maintaining focus on high-value opportunities.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve development processes, reduce delivery friction, and enable faster, more predictable releases.
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance as transaction volumes, users, and market expansion increase.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align product initiatives with commercial goals and customer needs.
• Analyze product performance and continuously optimize the platform based on user feedback, data insights, and business outcomes.
• Drive innovation within an emerging technology space by identifying opportunities and defining solutions in ambiguous environments.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong track record of independently delivering complex technical products. They should combine strategic thinking, execution skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and business teams.

• Proven experience as an individual contributor product manager with ownership of products from concept to launch and beyond.
• Strong background managing full product lifecycles, including discovery, requirements definition, delivery, and optimization.
• Experience working with complex technical platforms, transactional systems, exchange technologies, or high-throughput real-time products.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with large engineering teams and make informed technical prioritization decisions.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization frameworks.
• Experience coordinating teams and stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones, particularly Europe and the United States.
• Comfortable operating in fast-growing, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve quickly.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in sports and understanding of sports-related user behaviors and market dynamics.
• Preferred experience with matching engines, order books, settlement systems, prediction markets, crypto, fintech, or other regulated financial technologies.
