WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing production operation in West Palm Beach that is scaling fast and looking to bring on a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to help lead day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is a high-visibility role where you’ll be on the floor, leading from the front, and playing a key part in keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory flow

• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse team members

• Stay hands-on with the operation — including forklift work, staging, and organization

• Drive efficiency, accuracy, and overall workflow across the warehouse

• Partner closely with production and operations teams to support output and timelines

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong background in shipping/receiving and inventory management

• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

• Forklift experience required

• Cold storage / refrigerated environment experience is a strong plus

• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
