At Always Best Care, we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need support with daily living activities. As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are expanding our services and are seeking dedicated caregivers to support prospective clients in the Clear Lake area.

We are preparing to staff care cases in Clear Lake, TX. These positions will involve day shifts and short shifts. The official schedules will be announced once client care needs are finalized.

Shifts Available

* Day shifts

* Short shifts (official schedules to be announced)

Responsibilities

* Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, housekeeping, and companionship.

* Monitor and observe the client's overall well-being and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.

* Assist with errands or transportation as needed.

* Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

* Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a clean and secure environment.

* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements

* Prior caregiving experience preferred (senior care experience is a plus).

* CNA certification is ideal but not required.

* Ability to pass a background check and reference check.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with elderly clients.

* Willingness to travel up to 25 miles when needed.
