Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Trauma ICU, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ICU setting. Key Responsibilities Perform procedures, monitor patients, and document care accurately. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Manage evidence-based practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Advocate for patients, ensuring a compassionate and holistic approach to care. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years ICU RN experience. Current RN license (preferably in Colorado or multi-state). ACLS and BLS certifications. Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
