Land Acquisition Manager

Lennar

Lennar is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager in Virginia Beach to help identify land targets, run due diligence, and coordinate with senior leaders on deals. You’ll participate in weekly meetings, assist with rezoning, and maintain comprehensive contract and market data. The role requires strong real estate knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
