Job Summary We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Executive to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and team members. This role combines customer service with daily front office support and is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and creating a positive professional environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member. Provide information about products, services, and general office activities. Assist customers and visitors with routine questions and requests. Assist with scheduling appointments and routine activities. Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and office materials. Maintain organized visitor information and front office records. Support team members with general administrative and customer service tasks. Assist with customer follow-ups and routine communications. Direct visitors and inquiries to the appropriate department or team member. Help ensure daily front desk activities operate smoothly. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous front desk, receptionist, administrative, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
