About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of its hospitals with a focus on transformative, compassionate care. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the hospital's operations are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, while also fostering a work environment that empowers staff to exceed the company's mission. This role requires a leader who can oversee all aspects of the hospital's performance, including patient census, and actively engage in marketing services within the community. The CEO will also be tasked with promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity, and providing motivation and support to the team. Candidates for the CEO position at the company's hospital should have a Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field, with a preference for this level of education. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with work experience equivalent to a Master's degree is acceptable. A minimum of 5 years' management experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 2-3 years in a senior management role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in areas such as budget development, marketing for volume growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
