We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee a well-maintained Active Adult community located in the Columbia/Ellicott City market. This community serves independent adults in a vibrant residential setting and is not an assisted living or healthcare environment . Why You'll Love This Opportunity $80,000 - $90,000 base salary Quarterly occupancy bonus Monthly move-in and leasing incentive bonuses No regular weekend schedule Company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability coverage Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities What You'll Do Lead Your Team Recruit, coach, and develop office and maintenance team members Create a positive, accountable, and service-focused culture Provide leadership, training, and ongoing support Manage Daily Operations Oversee leasing, resident services, administration, and maintenance operations Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed Maintain high occupancy and resident retention levels Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and urgency Drive Financial Performance Assist with budget preparation and execution Monitor expenses, collections, and overall community performance Analyze financial results and implement improvement strategies Manage payroll submissions and reporting requirements Protect and Enhance the Community Ensure the property remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained Oversee vendor relationships and capital improvement projects Partner with maintenance to ensure excellent service delivery Qualifications 3+ years of experience in multifamily housing, active adult, senior living, hospitality, or residential property management Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong budgeting, operational, and organizational skills Excellent communication and resident relations abilities Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional customer service #J-18808-Ljbffr Emlin Group
