Loan IQ (SME)We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a large-scale enterprise implementation of the Finastra Loan IQ platform. The successful candidate will provide functional expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring the solution aligns with industry best practices while supporting business, operations, and technology teams. This role requires strong expertise in wholesale lending, Loan IQ configuration, integrations, accounting, migration, testing, and stakeholder management.Top 5 Must-Have Skills:Expert-level experience with Finastra Loan IQStrong knowledge of Wholesale Lending products and business processesExperience with Loan IQ implementation, configuration, and migrationUnderstanding of Financial Accounting, Risk Management, and Loan Trading integrationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsKey Responsibilities:Serve as the Loan IQ SME throughout the implementation lifecycle.Perform functional analysis of Loan IQ against business requirements.Analyze integrations with Loan Trading, Accounting, Risk Management, and other enterprise systems.Define booking models and workflows for wholesale lending products.Facilitate Loan IQ configuration and accounting mapping workshops.Support test planning, execution, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing.Develop migration strategies, mapping documents, and migration support plans.Analyze implementation issues and recommend solution options.Collaborate with migration leads to identify migration requirements and data mappings.Manage project requirements following governance and documentation standards.Participate in all phases of the platform implementation while expanding business and technical knowledge.Communicate design decisions and solution options to technical and business stakeholders.Build consensus across cross-functional teams to support project success.Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance, and delivery practices.Ensure compliance with enterprise risk management policies and regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications:Technical SkillsExpert knowledge of Finastra Loan IQStrong understanding of: Wholesale LendingLoan OperationsLoan TradingFinancial AccountingCredit RiskMarket RiskExperience with Loan IQ implementation and migration projects.Knowledge of Loan IQ configuration and accounting mappings.Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations.Proficiency with: Microsoft TeamsSharePointPowerPointVisioProject ExperienceExperience working in large enterprise transformation programs.Strong business analysis and requirements management skills.Experience defining acceptance criteria and evaluating solution options.Experience supporting testing and migration activities.Ability to work across multiple workstreams simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience using: JiraConfluenceKnowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.Soft Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.All qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
