About the Role

Andrews is hiring a full-time Auto Mechanic to join our team in a brand-new, 6,000 sq ft climate-controlled auto shop. You'll work on a diverse fleet including Mercedes Sprinters, Dodge and Ford trucks, lifts, trailers, and other fleet vehicles.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning
• Perform preventive maintenance per factory schedules - oil changes, tune-ups, tire rotations, brake service, belts, hoses, and fluid replacement
• Welding experience a plus

What We're Looking For

• Strong safety awareness and understanding of equipment safety practices
• Physical coordination and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Positive, friendly attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
• Ability to pick up new technologies, repair techniques, and service procedures
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus)
• Reliable transportation
