A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a bakery visit an event worth posting about. You’ll help guests order the right cake for their celebrations and ensure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll welcome everyone and create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community. Responsibilities Assist guests in ordering and making recommendations for cakes and desserts. Ensure accurate order entry and timely preparation. Maintain a welcoming and joyful atmosphere in the bakery. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications Minimum age 16 years. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
