Pricing Manager

Managing the pricing component of proposals, the full-time hybrid Pricing Manager will develop competitive pricing strategies and financial models for multi-year service contracts while collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Key responsibilities Prepare and strategize competitive pricing components for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and existing contracts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for accurate bid responses and pricing strategies Conduct financial analysis and scenario modeling to support pricing decisions and ensure budget adherence during contract start-ups Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in management, accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in developing pricing strategies for competitive, multi-year service contracts Experience with pricing proposals for government or complex contractual procurements is preferred Strong understanding of financial ratios and their implications within pricing models Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, for financial modeling and analysis
