Your expertise includes work planning, scheduling and risk mitigation.The Work:Collaborate with project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor and control progress through the deployment plan.Create detailed reports on deployment planning progress and present findings to stakeholdersFoster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication among project teamIdentify potential risks in the deployment process and proactively develop mitigation strategies.Develop strategies to enhance deployment efficiency and effectivenessIdentify cross dependencies across workstreams and plan deployment strategiesAnalyze current batch schedules and identify downtime for cutover window.Coordinate the execution of the End-to-End cutover plan and track progressFacilitate cutover check points, communicate cutover status at regular intervals to stakeholdersTrack and coordinate issue resolution, and Interface with project leadership for escalations and key decisionsCoordinate the execution of the End-to-End cutover plan and track progressQualification20+ years of Mainframe experience.Minimum 3+ years of experience working on mainframe optimization or mainframe modernization programsMinimum 3+ years of experience in Deployment Countdown & large scale Cutover ExecutionExperience in Life Insurance.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
