Job DescriptionTo deliver an exceptional experience for Private Wealth clients, focusing on foundational strategies for wealth creation, accumulation, and protection. This job applies relevant Money Management principles to deepen client engagement, drive Vertical Sales Index (VSI) growth, and strengthen long-term client retention and entrenchment.Are you someone who can:Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing portfolio base, providing independent holistic advice and solutions that ensure revenue and profit growth.Identify and utilise opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets.Provide appropriate banking and financial solutions across an allocated portfolio of clients.Identify Local and Offshore fiduciary opportunities and advise on client philanthropy.Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the First Rand Group (FRG).Conduct client reviews within the context of client engagements and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offeringParticipate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development.Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards.Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.You will be an ideal candidate if you:Relevant NQF7 Level Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.Completed RE5 qualification.Preferred Qualification - Certified Financial Planner (CFP)Experience - 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Banking, Investment, Financial Planning, Wealth Management, and client facing environment.Full understanding of money management principlesCandidates are required to have sign-off on the following sub-categories:1.3 Long-Term Insurance subcategory B11.4 Long-Term Insurance subcategory C1.5 Retail Pension Benefits1.14 Participatory Interests in a Collective Investment Scheme1.17 Long-term Deposits1.18 Short-term Deposits1.22 Long-term Insurance subcategory B1-ASound working knowledge of required business-related systems.Sound working knowledge of Banking and Financial Services Regulatory requirements.Knowledge on wealth management creation and accumulationWealth protection or risk knowledgeExcellent project management skills and able to plan and organize work independently.Proven track record in servicing a portfolio of clients and in acquisition of new relationships.Excellent knowledge of global financial markets and current affairsAbility to match client needs with appropriate product solutions.Sound knowledge of the Bank's risk and other mandates to ensure exercising good commercial judgment while representing the Bank's and the shareholders’ interests always.Additional RequirementsIn accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check.Thank you for your interest in joining our talent community.
