Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer
Location: Irving, TX
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Java 17
- Spring Boot-based microservices development
- Solid experience with React (frontend development)
- Proven experience building and integrating distributed systems and APIs
- Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies and MCP (Model Context Protocol) development.
- Java (Backend)
- React (Frontend)
- Design and develop scalable microservices, APIs, and micro-frontend architectures
- Lead platform engineering initiatives, including internal developer platforms (IDP) for reusable services and developer self-service
- API-based integrations
- Event-driven architectures
- Build and maintain scalable, resilient distributed systems aligned with enterprise standards
- Drive integration of GenAI capabilities, including:
- AI-assisted development tools
- Agent-based frameworks
- Proper governance and guardrails
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements across
- SDLC workflows.
- Experience with platform engineering / IDP initiatives
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of enterprise security and compliance standards
