Senior Software Engineer

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to provide hands‑on technical leadership in both backend and frontend development while driving modern engineering practices, platform initiatives, and GenAI integration. Key Responsibilities Provide hands‑on technical guidance in Java (Backend) and React (Frontend). Design and develop scalable microservices, APIs, and micro‑frontend architectures. Lead platform engineering initiatives, including internal developer platforms (IDP) for reusable services and developer self‑service. Implement enterprise integrations using API‑based integrations and event‑driven architectures. Build and maintain scalable, resilient distributed systems aligned with enterprise standards. Drive integration of GenAI capabilities, including AI‑assisted development tools, agent‑based frameworks, governance and guardrails. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements across SDLC workflows. Required Qualifications Minimum 12+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience. Strong expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot‑based microservices development, and solid experience with React. Proven experience building and integrating distributed systems and APIs. Hands‑on experience with GenAI technologies and MCP (Model Context Protocol) development. Preferred Skills Experience with platform engineering / IDP initiatives.
