Veterinary Internist - Virginia Veterinary Centers | Fredericksburg, VA We are seeking a board‑certified or residency‑trained Veterinary Internist to join our collaborative multi‑disciplinary specialty and emergency hospital in Fredericksburg, VA. As an internist at VVC Fredericksburg, you will help build an Internal Medicine service within a well‑supported specialty and emergency center that provides comprehensive specialty and emergency care, including critical care, diagnostic imaging, and emergency services. Key Responsibilities Develop and shape the Internal Medicine service, working collaboratively across specialties. Provide high‑quality internal medicine care to a diverse caseload of patients. Collaborate with our robust ER and critical care team to drive case flow and continuity of care. Participate in clinical support and diagnostic workups utilizing our advanced diagnostic capabilities. Influence the direction and growth of the service. Qualifications Board‑certified or residency‑trained in Veterinary Internal Medicine. Strong clinical experience and commitment to compassionate, evidence‑based care. Ability to work collaboratively in a multi‑specialty environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
