REGIONAL COMMERCIAL TIRE SALES MANAGER

Company Overview Established in 1911, the company is one of the largest full‑service tire and auto repair providers in the Western United States. Services include commercial tire sales, retreading, mobile commercial service, and 24/7 roadside assistance across multiple locations. Position Overview The Regional Commercial Tire Sales Manager leads all commercial tire sales operations within an assigned region. This role provides leadership to outside sales representatives and key account managers while driving revenue growth, customer retention, and regional profitability. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor sales teams across multiple locations. Conduct ride‑alongs, coaching, and performance reviews. Set measurable sales goals and hold team accountable. Regional Account Management: Manage key fleet accounts and relationships. Drive pricing strategy and retention initiatives. Identify and execute territory growth opportunities. Operational Coordination: Partner with branch managers and service teams. Analyze sales reports, trends, and competitor activity. Administration & Compliance: Prepare forecasts and performance reports. Ensure CRM accuracy and quoting compliance.
