Art Director

Union Adventist University in Lincoln, NE The Art and Design Program Director provides effective leadership for and oversees all aspects of the program, including responsibility for communication, program assessment and planning, fiscal management, and faculty evaluation/professional development. The Program Director also carries a regular teaching load. Required Experience Qualifications Master's Degree in art, photography, graphic design, or film required; Master of Fine Arts degree strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills, with emphasis on communication and project management. A resume and/or portfolio that shows evidence of professional experience in a relevant field. Leadership experience in higher education or industry (e.g., art director, account manager). A strong desire to work as a member of a high performing team with excellent results. Ability to use technology, equipment, and software both in and out of the classroom, including Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Criminal history and background check clearance. Special Requirement An expressed commitment to Jesus Christ, the teachings and mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church; a Seventh-day Adventist church member in good and regular standing.
