About the Role Job: Sales Executive Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220) Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals. Don’t worry if you don’t know anything about cars, we will teach you everything you need to know. Responsibilities As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will: Buy cars and ensure efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for customers. Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets. Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service. Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
