Job Summary Entry Level IT / Hardware Support / Onsite job at Motion Recruitment Partners in Phoenix, AZ. Onsite Contract $20/hr - $25/hr This role offers hands‑on experience in a data center environment. No prior data‑center experience is required. It’s an ideal opportunity for individuals from customer‑service, construction, or other hands‑on fields who want to launch a career in IT. Contract Information Contract Duration: 6-8 months Key Responsibilities Physically work with servers and related equipment. Assist with upgrades, replacements, and general hardware support tasks as part of a larger technical team. Handle, install, and replace hardware components in a data‑center environment. Follow step‑by‑step procedures to complete tasks safely and accurately. Participate in daily hands‑on operations within the data center. Required Skills & Experience Interest in technology, IT, or infrastructure work. Comfortable working with hands and around hardware (servers, cables, racks, etc.). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions. Dependable, professional, and eager to learn. Desired Skills & Experience CompTIA A+ or similar entry‑level IT certifications. 1-2 years in a hands‑on role (customer service, help desk, warehouse, construction, etc.).
