This role will help scale Veradigm's Raleigh operations by identifying, engaging, and hiring the talent that will power our next phase of growth.**What You'll Do*** Partner with hiring leaders to understand business priorities and develop effective recruiting strategies to support Veradigm's continued growth* Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of technical and business roles* Proactively source and engage top talent using creative sourcing strategies, market insights, and strong candidate engagement* Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market trends, candidate profiles, and hiring best practices* Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Veradigm's culture and values* Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in recruiting processes and hiring outcomes**What Makes This Role Unique**You won't just be filling roles — you'll be helping **build the future of Veradigm**. No Handoffs.** — We work as one team, collaborating across functions to deliver results and move quickly.**Better Starts with Different** — We believe diversity of thought and background drives innovation and stronger solutions.**Outcomes that Matter** — Everything we do is focused on making a meaningful impact — for our customers, our partners, and healthcare as a whole.**What We're Looking For*** 8 years' experience in **full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition**, ideally supporting technology or professional roles, with 3+ years in a Senior level role* Workday ATS experience is highly preferred* Experience recruiting in Health IT SaaS industry* Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and stakeholders* Ability to proactively source and engage high-quality talent in competitive markets* A consultative mindset with strong communication and organizational skills* Passion for building teams that make a real impact* Be part of a **rapidly growing global technology organization*** Help build and scale our operating hubs* Work in a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and measurable impact* Partner with leaders who believe talent is the foundation of success**Key Responsibilities****Sourcing & Talent Pipeline** — Proactively build and maintain robust talent pipelines by leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted social media campaigns to identify passive and active candidates for highly specialized technical and non-technical roles.**Technical Screening** — Conduct structured initial interviews to rigorously evaluate candidates' technical proficiency, depth of experience, and alignment with team culture — ensuring only top-tier talent advances in the process.**Hiring Manager Collaboration** — Partner closely with leads and hiring managers to craft compelling, precise job descriptions, define role requirements, and design assessments that accurately reflect the demands of each position.**Candidate Experience** — Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring journey — managing timely communication, coordinating complex interview schedules, and delivering constructive feedback to uphold an exceptional candidate experience.**Offer Negotiation** — Drive end-to-end offer management and strategic negotiations that balance candidate expectations with internal equity and budget parameters.**Metrics Tracking** — Leverage ATS platforms to track and analyze key recruitment metrics — including time-to-hire, pipeline conversion rates, and source effectiveness — using data insights to continuously optimize hiring strategies.If you're energized by building teams, shaping growth, and working in a collaborative environment where your impact is visible, we'd love to hear from you.**Benefits**Veradigm believes in empowering our associates with the tools and flexibility to bring the best version of themselves to work.
