Presales engineer

Job Title
Alphorm, an e-learning platform specializing in IT training, is looking for a "Presales Engineer" to strengthen its sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a background combining technical expertise in IT and commercial skills, to promote our training solutions and support our clients in implementing training programs tailored to their needs.
Job Requirements
Commercial Development:
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients.
- Develop and retain an existing client portfolio.
- Propose solutions adapted to client needs through a thorough understanding of the products.

Technical Expertise:
- Understand client technical needs to propose the most relevant training solutions.
- Set up an outgoing and incoming leadgen stack.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.

Negotiation and Project Follow-up:
- Prepare and negotiate commercial and technical proposals.
- Ensure rigorous project follow-up until completion.
- Work closely with marketing and pedagogical teams to align offers with market needs.
Profile Sought
We are looking for a versatile profile with both technical and commercial skills:
Education: Bac+5 in IT (or equivalent) or a degree in IT, with a commercial specialization or significant sales experience.
Experience: A successful first experience as a technical sales professional, ideally in the IT or e-learning sector.
Knowledge of CRM tools and online sales practices,
Fluency in French is mandatory.
