Associate - Corporate Investment Funds Liquidity Solutions

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Associate to join their Corporate Investment Funds team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in liquidity transactions, secondaries markets, and related fund operational matters. Duties Advise fund sponsors on liquidity transactions, including continuation funds and recapitalizations. Handle traditional LP portfolio sales and fund-level preferred equity investments. Provide counsel on GP-level preferred equity investments and investments in firm sponsors. Collaborate with global teams to navigate complex regulatory environments. Requirements Minimum of three years of relevant experience in liquidity transactions and secondaries markets. Strong understanding of fund operational matters. Ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic advice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
